[Esip-preserve] ESIP summer meeting plans

Thanks Denise. I'm thinking about how this would best work in a meeting.
When I was trying to apply the matrix to some paper data volumes here at
NCAR, I needed to have the physical items right there to assess against the
risk factors and categorization schemes in the matrix. Depending on what
you are assessing, it might be hard to do something like that while
traveling.

One idea might be to have a number of people try to apply the matrix before
the meeting, and then the meeting could be used to collate, discuss, and
distill lessons, insights, and outcomes regarding use of the matrix. This
would obviously require folks to sign on and do a bit of work in advance.
The benefit would be that input could come from from people who are
attending the Summer Meeting, and people who are not.

What do you think about that idea?
Matt
