[Esip-preserve] Pre-print of data risk assessment paper

Hi all,
A group of folks from the ESIP Data Stewardship Committee recently finished
our paper on "Risk assessment for scientific data". The paper has been
submitted for publication in a journal and we are waiting now for peer
reviews from the journal.

We would welcome your comments on this draft. We will consider all of the
comments as we revise the document after we receive formal peer reviews.
Also, I believe some time is reserved in the next DS committee call on Feb.
6 for discussion of the doc. (Ruth can correct me if I am wrong).

few years.
