[esip-semanticweb] FW: help with marking up WMS/WCS Capability docs? Use triple tags?

We did not come to any final conclusion. But the new ESIP Testbed will be a great place to try out the various approaches. We can register resources and see what makes the most sense, particularly for use with existing tools.

I missed most of the telecon at 11, unfortunately.  But for what it's
worth, the triple tags do not seem to add quite as much value to me.
They are not interoperable directly with the semantic web, and they
introduce a new set of namespace operations that must be performed to
resolve the tags.

So my vote is for URIs, ideally semantic concepts, they seem a simpler
solution in my book. (Recognizing that a 'body of practice' must still
be agreed upon, so nothing is ever totally simple.)  I look forward to
reading the conclusions/discussions that are in the minutes.
