[esip-semanticweb] ESIP Semantic Portal back up!

Hi All -

Just a quick note & big thank you to Mike Huhns for getting the ESIP
Semantic Portal <http://semanticportal.esipfed.org/> back up and running.
This was a testbed project <http://testbed.esipfed.org/node/1243> that Mike
has graciously taken on more permanently at Univ. of SC. Please share with
colleagues who may be looking for a repository for Earth/Environmental
science ontologies.

Also a plug for the testbed <http://testbed.esipfed.org/>- we have the current
call for projects out now <http://testbed.esipfed.org/node/2290>. This is
great to get seed funding to an idea.
