[esip-semanticweb] ESIP Semantic Web Portal

The new ESIP Semantic Web Portal is now available. You can access it at: http://semanticportal.esipfed.org

A number of the ontologies from the original portal have already been migrated and more are being added. This will be a very nice resource for the cluster moving forward. If you have existing ontologies please contribute them to the portal. If you are starting a new project you can utilize the portal for discovery and reuse of existing ontologies. Moving forward, we will also be contributing mappings between ontologies and addressing issues of ontology governance.

Many thanks to Line Pouchard, Michael Huhns, and others for getting the portal operational.
