The next step in our move from Cluster to Committee is to propose by-law changes for the ESIP executive committee to review. These proposes by-law changes should short, to the point, and reflect the specific goals charged to the Committee.
Beth and I have drafted an initial version based upon existing by-law samples. We’d like to make this an agenda item for next week’s call. Please review the proposed by-laws below and let us know if you feel these reflect the goals of a Semantic Technologies Committee. Are there additional roles we are missing?
At next week’s telecon we will edit these by-laws (if necessary) and then send a final version to ESIP to be voted on.
Thanks,
Tom
