Hi Bhaskar,
Thanks for kicking off the Roadmap. I’ve literally just begun to comment on the structure as it currently sits and I am struggling to see where I can contribute right now.
For a roadmap, I am not seeing (i) project goals and objectives, (ii) a timeline indicating the schedule, (iii) important milestones and deliverables, (iv) possible risks, (v) dependencies, etc.
I think if I can help you and the community to define some of these then I can certainly contribute.

    I have shared an editable GoogleDocs document outlining our Semantic Technologies Roadmap for Earth Science with our group.  I think it provides a reasonable skeletal framework to build our roadmap.  Feel free to share your thoughts, and I hope by our next monthly telecon, we can talk about potential contributors, and a rough timeline for a first draft ? Thank you!
