[esip-semantictech] Ontology Portal Use Case Comment Period

HI Beth,

I am back and slowly catching up.  Is it too late to provide comments on the updated use cases you provided?  Ditto re requirements?  If so, I won’t bother.  If not, how would you like them provided?
