[esip-semantictech] Facilitating ESIP SemTech Telecon's

Good Afternoon Folks,
More than a few times now we’ve been struggling to start the telecon’s promptly which is becoming somewhat annoying and taxing as it is wasting time.
Four of us (Michael, John, Bhaskar and myself) were online today, with Line indicating via email that no meeting had started by 10 minutes past the proposed start time for the regular recurring monthly SemTech telecon.
Is there a way that others within the Committee can start the telecon’s such that we can progress with Committee business?
We all appreciate that there is probably rationale behind someone from ESIP starting the telecon, however as I stated on more than one occasion we’ve been left waiting today we were just short of a quarter hour. We had to cancel today’s meeting due to that.
