[esip-semantictech] Facilitating ESIP SemTech Telecon's

Hi Lewis, All - I am sorry that we dropped the ball here. There was a
miscommunication on staff side with who was going to start the call.

Dan Keyes has created telecon start up guidance and this can be shared with
volunteer leaders of this group to keep this from happening again.

Again, I’m sorry for the time waste today and it won’t happen again.
