You may be interested in the GeoLink knowledge graph. There is a publication at: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/20964471.2018.1469291 and the graph RDF encoding is at: http://schema.geolink.org/

I’ve heard these sometimes described as properties.  They certainly don’t have to be stored in a triple store; but ought to have a PID of some sort to act as an index into wherever they are stored.
