Hi Folks,

Wanted to follow-up on the ELFIE work here with some information on how folks can get involved with SELFIE if they have data which falls into the ‘Linked Environmental Features’ category.

@David,
I wanted to bring your attention to the Linked Data-as-a-Service (LDaaS) [1] effort I had envisaged as a service which would be hosted by ESIP but managed by the SemTech Committee.
I feel like, this could be a solution to the technology stack commitment issue highlighted on the call. What do you think?

On another note, can you detail more about any work which has been done on the representation of Hydrologic Unit Code’s [2]? At PO.DAAC [3] we will be archiving and distributing all of the data for SWOT [4]… with HUC’s being a primary mechanism for how folks with to actually search for data of relevance to their investigation. I would be really interested in learning more about progress on that front.
