INC NEWS - Comprehensive Plan Hearing

There will be a joint City Council / County Board of Commissioners public 
hearing on the Final Draft of the Comprehensive Plan on Jan 31 (it is a 
fifth Monday).  Meeting starts at 7PM and will be at Council Chambers in 
City Hall.

My personal view is that the plan sets a very aggressive agenda in a good 
direction, tho there are always details that could be better.  Especially 
look at the new use map to make sure you are comfortable with what is 
proposed around you.
