INC NEWS - School Impact Fee / Alternative Issue

The school impact fee was on the agenda for the delegate meeting this week 
and no-one had anything new to say about it (maybe it was the prospect of 
getting out in time to see women's basketball (-:).

We decided that if we were going to make any progress, we needed a committee 
to look into options and arguments.  Members of the committee don't 
necessarily have to be INC delegates (e.g. if you have realtors or PTA 
activists in your neighborhood).

I am willing to be on the committee.
