INC NEWS - yard waste issues forgotten

Mike is correct. I do have the yard waste folks tentatively  scheduled as 
guest speakers at the May meeting.
 
And they indicated interest in our input into the program they are  creating! 
So indeed, they move slowly, but let's be prepared to foster their  
cooperative attitude. We may be forming that committee yet, so stay  tuned.
