INC NEWS - FW:Race Relations in Durham

As noted in the minutes,
10. Fred Foster, Jr. is now Race Relations Director for PA.  He has a survey
on conditions in Durham, so they can plan workshops around real issues and
solutions to racial relations in Durham. 

He would REALLY like to get more responses.  See below.
