INC NEWS - North Shore Road--NC highway through the Great Smokies

This may sound a long way from neighborhood issues, but the $600M to build 
the North Shore Road would make a really good start on the East End 
Connector or the TTA rail line, either of which would probably carry a lot 
more traffic!
