As I mentioned at the meeting last night, there's alot to this spending of
Bond money and it'll stretch over the next 5-7 years.

The good thing is that is all online so it can be followed in that time
line. And if it works like it was said to work, it'll have regular updates
so you can see where they are in the projects they will be doing.

The good thing about it for neighborhoods is that you can see when, for
example, they plan to spend the Park and Rec. money on your park.
