We will learn what the reporting requirements are for reporting fraud as it 
relates to public housing assistance.  We will learn what the penalties are 
for applying for assistance and submitting false information.

* Solid Waste 10-Year Plan (10 minutes)	Jay Reinstein, SWM
The state has mandated doing an update every 3 years

* Vendors in Roadside Right of Way (10 minutes)

Appendix A

We, the membership of the Inter-neighborhood Council, support a change to 
Durham's current solicitation ordinance that would bar solicitation from 
rights-of-way in Durham.






Appendix B
From:
The fiscal year shall run from October 1st through September 30th, and dues 
for the upcoming year shall be due within 90 days of the annual meeting.

To:
The fiscal year shall run from January 1st through December 31st, and dues 
for the current year shall be paid by April 1.
