As requested by PAC members, SWM has prepared a list of prohibitions and
requirements in Chapter 10 of the City Code, the solid waste chapter,
that apply to citizens.  The list also includes related department
rules.  The department's proposed enforcement changes (ordinance
amendments, fees, procedural rules) would apply to all items on the list
unless otherwise noted. 

The list is posted at
www.durhamnc.gov/departments/solid at the end of the "What's New at SWM"
section, and is entitled "Chapter 10 Citizen Provisions."
