INC NEWS - Yard Waste Plan Trashed?

Maybe we could all just save our $60 (and don't forget about those cart
fees...), get rid of the yard waste program all together, and just start
dumping it at the ends of cul-de-sacs, over banks, and on the sholders of
roads like the rest of the folks do. That would be a large initial savings
in manpower and trucks alone. Then we could just let the Impact Team clean
it up since that is what they do already.
