Durham Affordable Housing Coalition is an accredited counseling agency that 
serves hundreds of people each year.  We have a long, successful partnership 
with the City of Durham which allows us to offer free services to homebuyers 
and homeowners.  These services include:

- Free homebuyer classes in English and Spanish for anyone interested in 
buying a home.  (See our website www.dahc.org.)

- Free homeownership counseling for first-time homebuyers, including 
applicants for the City's second mortgage program.

- Free default and delinquency counseling for homeowners, including 
HUD-refered clients.

- Free reverse mortgage counseling for elderly homeowners.
