INC NEWS - Picking up leaves!

Obviously, I was misinformed, to quote Humphrey Bogart.

Anyway, there was quite the collection of leaves on every block of the
Duke Park neighborhood 10 days ago, including some very hefty piles that
had obviously been raked/blown there by residents. These are all gone now.
