  If you know anyone who has not had their pets spayed or neutered  
because of financial hardship, please share
the information below with them. It is a great program that helps  
reduce pet overpopulation!

Wake County, NC--Spay Day--February 26-28

  "The Wake County Animal Care, Control and Adoption Center is  
expanding the
  annual Spay Day USA event with more opportunities for free or low- 
cost spay
  and neuter surgeries. The County has contracted three veterinarians to
  perform surgeries on-site at the Animal Center from February 26  
through 28,
  and another ten to provide services during the month of March.  
Surgeries
  are scheduled by appointment only after applicants have been  
approved by the
  County."
