INC NEWS - Pace Car program- please pass to all neighborhoods

One of the very finest of Durham's finest, Master Officer, Eric Hester has  
asked for help spreading the word about a cool program, and a fun way  to help 
reduce speed through our neighborhoods.
 
The idea is so simple, and it sure beats the speed humps many neighborhoods  
automatically request from the city. Those humps are costly, and take a lot of 
 work like petitions and such, and then they slow down emergency vehicles  
and aren't helping the suspension of all the cars that pass over.
 
In contrast, the Pace Car program is easy on the budget, and the  
participant's cars, but doesn't slow down fire trucks at all!
 
You just sign up, and place a magnet sign on your car, and drive the  speed 
limit. Great way to slow down traffic, and your participation is  requested.
