Hi Kelly
The question of how we pay for yard waste services was not the question we were addressing.

David--
I don't understand why its too lengthy an issue for the listserv. I
think the question of why we're paying for a yard waste program that
isn't currently operating is a very valid question. The $60 fee for yard
waste program has been a disaster from day one--with most city residents
simply opting out of it. Those of us who are participating are now left
to wonder--why we're supporting a yard waste program that is simply
dumping our recyclable yard waste in with the garbage and hauling it off.
Can we expect a refund? An extension of our contracts once a real yard
waste program begins again?
