INC NEWS - Three different UDO Text Changes

TC07-21

Please be advised of the upcoming proposed changes to the text of the
Durham Unified Development Ordinance (UDO):

Text Change TC07-21 will propose revisions to UDO Sec. 8.5, Stream Buffer
Protection Standards; Sec. 8.7, Watershed Protection Overlay Standards;
and Sec. 16.3, Defined Terms [Stream, Intermittent and Stream, Perennial],
relating to stormwater.


TC07-20

Please be advised of the upcoming proposed changes to the text of the
Durham Unified Development Ordinance (UDO):

Text Change TC07-20 will propose revisions to UDO Sec. 12.4, Pedestrian
and Bicycle Mobility, relating to sidewalks.


TC07-19

Please be advised of the upcoming proposed changes to the text of the
Durham Unified Development Ordinance (UDO):

Text Change TC07-19 will propose revisions to UDO sections including Sec.
3.2, Common Review Procedures; Sec. 6.2, Residential Rural (RR)
Development Intensity; Sec. 7.2, Open Space; and Sec. 8.3, Tree Protection
and Tree Coverage, relating to conservation subdivisions.

 

The Planning Commission public hearing date has not been scheduled. 
Please contact the Planning Department for confirmation of the hearing
dates.  The proposed revisions, once finalized, may be viewed at the web
site listed above.
