Thanks, Laura, for this great email to the INC
listserv.

Would the INC members be interested in adopting a
resolution requesting that council and BOCC slow
development until we are no longer in a drought,
and/or until the UDO can be ammended to incorporate
low-impact development methods and other methods that
will better ensure the environmental (and
infrastructural) accountability of developers?

I would be happy to work on such a resolution, but I
want to get a sense of the interest in the INC
membership first.
