If you are concerned about the loss of South Durham's
rural character (and the effects on erosion and storm
water control, as well as traffic, schools, etc.), you
should read the following article.

There is a meeting b/w developers/contractorsand
neighbors tonight at 7 PM at the Chancellor's Ridge
Clubhouse (1511 Sophomore). It's important that the
developers/contractors see how many people are
concerned about this project so that true,
environmentally (and infrastructurally) committed
elements are included in the plans.
