Tour* sponsored by Uplift East Durham and Preservation Durham.

Sunday, January 27
1-4pm

To begin your tour, pick up a packet on the day of the event at the 
Preservation Durham Office on the corner of Mangum and Parrish.

Potential homebuyers will love the bang for their buck. These homes 
have excellent price per square foot and at times instant equity.

Ever had home buyers interested in East Durham, but they wanted to 
connect with neighbors and snoop inside their rehabbed homes first? 
Did they ever wonder how they could afford the rehab of their desired 
historic home?

Well, Old East Durham neighbors are inviting YOU to discuss the area 
and give tours of their own rehabbed homes.

Packets will include information on homes for sale, Old East Durham 
resident contacts, loans that cover the cost of the home and 
renovations, tax credits on historic property, etc.
