Results of Planning Commission Hearing on T. W.
Alexander Properties: 
 
Plan Amendment A07-09: recommend approval by 10-1 vote
(Commissioner Mabry voted no.)

Rezoning: recommend denial by 4-7 vote.  Failure to
commit to provide bike lanes as requested by
transportation and to commit to stay out of the flood
plain were the key issues.  The second one could be
addressed by a parking deck.
