Before moving forward with any more discussions about the city pulling the plug on Non City Agency (arts) funding,  I'd highly recommend that those wishing to learn more and be accurate in their postings to go to the source and read what the official status of the NCA funding process is http://www.durhamnc.gov/departments/bms/grants.cfm.
