OK, y'all. Here's the deal.

See the message below. DSO does not have its thumb stuck somewhere 
waiting on a handout from the City. Anne is putting her money where 
her mouth is and is organizing this yardsale so that Durham can 
continue to have a community orchestra. So clean out your basement, 
attic, and garage and tote your stuff over to her house. Help her 
with the sale. Buy someone else's stuff. E-mail her at hafskip at mindspring.com.

This is how DSO has been surviving. For years now. There ain't no rich uncle.

DSO would sell the hair off a buffalo nickel to make a buck and probably has.
