INC NEWS - Changes in UDO

Not sure why the conservation subdivision revisions are back, unless they were deferred for a vote...perhaps for specific text to be inserted?

I have read over this version, and I don't see much that is different, except that they now allow a minimum street yard of 8 feet, as opposed to the original 50 feet, for conservation subdivision residential units. I don't have a problem with this, as most of the yards are clear-cut and mass-graded anyway. Furthermore, I figure we have to give somewhere to enable them to utilize higher density, 'cluster' developments, since they are essentially preserving (touch wood) 50% of the land as open space.
