INC NEWS - bulky items not being recycled/reused

Thanks Mr. Long,
    While I can appreciate that there is not manpower and that additional 
staff would cost additional dollars, I have to say that I am disappointed 
that the items picked up are just going to be trashed.  I am sure that many 
items should be and I do appreciate that we have the swap shop however, 
knowing this I am not in favor of this new plan.
    Since we are supposedly going to be testing it out, I think we should 
discuss this perhaps at one of our upcoming meetings.
    Sorry if I am out of the loop, perhaps you all already knew that this 
was the plan from the get go.
