Subject: CAI to Launch New Learning Tool

A New, Convenient Learning Tool from CAI

      Dear Michael Wm.:

We are pleased to announce that CAI is launching a new, easy, low-cost way for you to get the information, training and perspective you need on important issues and challenges facing your communities. Beginning in November, you will be able to participate in interactive webinar programs featuring leading industry experts in community association governance and management. Session presenters will be many of the same industry leaders who speak at CAI conferences, seminars and professional development courses. As an added benefit, many of the webinars will count toward CMCA recertification credits and AMS redesignation credits. PCAM redesignation credits may be awarded as well, depending on a current review.

We call this new learning opportunity CAI Connect, and it's going to make education easier than ever before!

Webinars are a convenient way to learn through your computer in the comfort of your home or office-and save the cost and hassle of travel. The events are ideal for busy association board members, managers and service providers. All you have to do is register for the webinar, log on to the website to view the presentation and listen to a streaming audio through your computer, or call a toll-free number to listen via telephone. In addition, you will be able to purchase archived webinars online or buy copies on CD-ROM.

      Wrongful Foreclosure-and More

Our first webinar-November 19 at 2 p.m. ET-will address wrongful foreclosures and what you can do to avoid them. Check your e-mail in-box next week for more details. Here are just a few of the other topics we plan to address during the coming months:

        a.. Green initiatives
        b.. Ethics and fraud
        c.. Managing a mixed-use community
        d.. High-rise management
Visit CAI Connect to see what's on the webinar schedule, and be sure to check back frequently. We'll be adding new programs this year and throughout 2009.

      First Webinar?

Once you register for an event, instructions for accessing the webinar will be e-mailed to you. CommPartners, our web interface partner, will troubleshoot any issues you have on the day of the event. We look forward to your participation and feedback.
