INC NEWS - flashing bill boards are a bad idea...

I believe that neighborhoods should be able to hear what is being proposed
before passing judgment or proposing that any organization strongly oppose
it.
THAT IS WHY INC HAS THEM AS A SPEAKER.
Basing a decision (any decision) should be based on facts and looking at
both sides of an issue, not prejudicing it.
For instance, the subject line in the previous email posting 'suggests'
that these billboards will be flashing bill boards.
That is a falsehood, and that is a fact!
I encourage everyone and anyone who believes that decisions should be based
on objective information and factual data to attend the next session of INC
to decide for themselves, instead of depending on someone else's opinion
which may be misleading or misinformed.
