INC NEWS - flashing bill boards are a bad idea...

I'm inclined to agree with John on this one. On the other hand--the
billboards couldn't be any worse than the lighting at the new Toyota
dealership out on 15-501--and look how well the city stayed on top of
that one . . . . Maybe we could have a sample billboard installed near,
say, the new performing arts center, just to see how they'll enhance our
skylines.
