I hope they'll address how the industry advantage they tout in
promotional materials (subject line above) will benefit the citizens who
"have to see it." I also hope they'll talk about what they pay to
landowners who host billboard and provide a list of who they've
approached, who has agreed, and who has made contributions to support
their efforts to get these billboards approved. In the immortal words of
Deep Throat: Follow the money.
