I would respectfully disagree with Pat's
assessment that it's hard for citizens to propose
changes. Having just gone through another public
comment process for funding, I can assure you
that a couple of neighborhoods came and spoke in
opposition to some of the proposed projects...and
those projects were altered or left out of the plan based on that input.
I encourage all citizens who have concerns or
would like to raise issues to speak at the
hearing or contact the elected officials and
staff. We do listen and your comments can make a difference.
