[Durham INC] OWDNA board vote on electronic billboards

Dear City Council, County Commissioners & Planning Commission:

At it's regular meeting this month, the board of the Old West Durham Neighborhood Association voted (unanimously) to oppose any move by the billboard industry to try and change local ordinances that might open the door for electronic billboards in Durham.
