Cindy Bailey (Animal Control) just provided a valuable reminder to Duke  
Park.... wanted to pass it along.
 
I wanted to remind everyone  that beginning January 2010 Animal Control 
begins writing warning tickets for  everyone who has their dog on a chain.  May be 
a great time to begin early  planning on getting that dog off the chain 
instead of procrastinating and  putting it off until this same time next year.
