[Durham INC] January 27 2009 Meeting--Urban Chickens Item

Hi all,

I asked to have Urban Chickens put on the agenda for the January INC
meeting (agenda below) because I understand City Council may vote on it at
a February meeting.  I am not especially informed on the issue, so if
someone who knows more about it would like to speak in my place, please let
me know.

If INC is going to take a position on urban chickens in time to let Council
know prior to its vote in February, someone will need to make the motion to
bring the item before the delegates for a vote at our meeting next week.
All neighborhoods, please advise your delegates on how you'd like them to
vote on this in case someone makes the motion to bring it forward for a
vote.
