[Durham INC] Billboard argument

Dear neighbors:

 

During my presentation on this subject Tuesday night, I told you that there
was still a billboard left on Ninth Street.  I was wrong; that sign survived
only in my memory.  Thanks to Durham's strict billboard rules, it and its
cousins atop Barnes Supply and elsewhere have been removed.

 

I am grateful to Dale McKeel for pointing out my error and to the City of
Durham for making West Durham look just a little better.
