One Durham  Everybody Eats is a new non-profit initiative  inspired by One 
World Everybody Eats Community Kitchen in Salt Lake City,  Utah.  Founder, 
Denise Cerreta has gained local, national and world-wide  recognition for her 
policies of letting diners choose what they pay for meals,  seasonal no menu 
organic cuisine, living wages, minimal food waste and  healthy meals that are within 
everyone's reach.  We will adopt similar policies to make  free and reduced 
price meals available to low-income diners, while building a  resilient 
community through a range of on-site activities for all ages.  *hands on 
participation by  participants
