[Durham INC] UDO and related hearings coming up

The Durham City Council
will hold a public hearing on TC07-10 on March 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the
City Council Chambers.  TCO7-10 will greatly improve the development plan part of the UDO, making what you see closer to what we get when the development is finished.

The same night the council will be having a hearing on TC07-15, about hotel location standards.

The Durham Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing on the Central Durham Gateways Plan on:

The Central Durham Gateways Plan is a comprehensive study of the "corridor
of gateways" along portions of N.C. Hwy. 147 and the U.S. Hwy. 15-501
Bypass. The plan has been under construction since 2005, with four public input
sessions conducted in 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009.
