Please be advised that citizens may now apply for limited agriculture
permits to keep female chickens as authorized under UDO Sec. 3.23, Limited
Agriculture Permit (City Only), and Sec. 5.4.12, Limited Agriculture (City
Only).  Instructions and forms are available at
www.durhamnc.gov/departments/planning/limited_ag_permit.cfm, and the
Planning Department front desk on the ground floor of City Hall. 
Applications should be submitted at the Planning Department front desk.
