We're about 1/3 of the way through the Smart Commute challenge so it's time to quit procrastinating and join the thousands of Triangle commuters who do something
good for the environment everyday by leaving their cars at home! 
Participation is easy.  Visit www.SmartCommuteChallenge.org
today and take the 2009 SmartCommute Challenge to ride the bus, bike, walk,
carpool, vanpool, work from home or, new this year, carpool in an alternate
fuel or hybrid vehicle!  Pledge to take a smarter, greener commute at
least once between April 15 and May 30 and you could win fabulous
prizes, including a commuter bike or laptop!

If
you’re already a SmartCommuter, go greener!  Take the SmartCommute
Team Challenge and encourage at least five of your friends and co-workers to
try a smarter commute. 
Together, we will reach our goal of signing up 12,000 Triangle commuters and
students, reducing over 2.2 million
pounds of carbon emissions from April 15-May 30!
