This from their Meeting  Highlights: 

In recognition of its
25th Anniversary, Durham’s  Inter-Neighborhood 
Council received a
proclamation establishing June 18th as  “Inter-Neighborhood 
Council
Day” in Durham County.  The group will hold its  annual Neighborhood

Heroes Awards Ceremony in conjunction with the anniversary  from 7-9pm
at 
Rigsbee Hall. 
 
Thanks to all our commissioners, especially Ellen Reckhow, who ushered in
this proclamation!
