[Durham INC] Annexation on NC751 (J Lake protected area)

I have it from a good source that Attorney Patrick Byker is calling Durham City Council members pursuing water and sewer extension agreements for land on NC 751 (the location of the proposed 751 Assemblage development that needs the Jordan Lake watershed retracted in order to proceed).
